Chapin Home's policy throughout its history has been to provide the aging men and women who have come to live here a true home, where they may find the serenity and security that have always been envisioned as essential and appropriate to the latter part of life.

We are a not-for-profit skilled-nursing facility established in 1869. Chapin has been serving the New York City/Long Island community at its Jamaica Location since 1912. Our staff of dedicated professionals offers compassionate residential and adult day-care services for your loved ones. Our services include long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and adult day health care center.
