“I went to visit a friend at Chapin Rehab. First time visit to Chapin and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The grounds are well kept, plenty of outside seating with shade and umbrellas. We were able to park in the parking lot. The security officers were so helpful with the check in process. The place was clean and it was quiet. There was a group of people in a large room watching tv, playing games and talking. The nurse I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. She gave me the name and number of the Social Worker I needed to speak to so I could get all my questions answered. I gave it 5 stars for a first visit.”

“I came here to visit a friend that I’ve known since 1980. The staff was very kind and pleasant. With a friendly staff constantly checking in, it makes a home away from home. The room that she was in seemed very large and comfortable.”

“My experience at Chapin Home was much better than what I would have expected. The staff are all great, especially the occupational and physical therapists. Their rehabilitation instructions and exercises helped me to get stronger and confident enough for me to continue their teachings when I am home. I would like to thank them for their service. When I walk in the building, you get Covid check and security is on point and very delightful. They follow a patient oriented approach by doing their best to make sure my mother is comfortable and feels safe even when she becomes resistant to rules, structures, and policies. “Visiting my aunt on several occasions and Chapin is so clean… no offensive odors anywhere. Garbage is emptied often; food is plentiful, and the staff is very kind and caring. There are outdoor areas to sit as well as indoor seating areas.
